The Revenue Revolution Framework

One revolution. Three pillars.
Your first $1 million.

Most businesses are broken in the same three places. Fix all three, in the right order, and crossing a $1 Million stops being a goal and becomes a matter of when.

  • Remove the ceiling you didn't know you built.

Most founders at $250K- $1M are sitting on more revenue than they realize. They can’t access it though because their offers don’t capture it and their pricing doesnt speak to what they are worth.

This is almost always the fastest lever. Tightening your offers and pricing helps bring the right people at the right price.

  • Stop sounding like a commodity. Start becoming a category of one.

In an expert-led service business, you are the product. Watered-down messaging is the silent killer of visionary founders. If you look and sound like every other expert in your space, clients will always price-shop you.

Leveraging Zoe’s 20 years of elite art direction with brands like the NFL, Adidas, and The Gap, we don't just tweak your copy. We make your personal brand look, feel, and sound completely incomparable to your competition.

Sharp positioning doesn't just improve your marketing; it fundamentally shifts your business math. When you become the undeniable authority, sales conversations get shorter, you command premium prices without resistance, and high-ticket clients show up pre-sold.

  • Stop hoping clients find you. Build the system that brings them in.

Inconsistent revenue is almost always an acquisition problem, not a product problem. When you don't have a repeatable, strategic system for bringing in the right clients, growth becomes unpredictable, and marketing feels like an obligation instead of a machine. The goal isn't to do more marketing. It's to build a lean, focused engine that consistently brings the right people in so you always know where next month's revenue is coming from.

Why the order matters

Offers & Pricing→Positioning & Messaging→Acquisition Engine→Your First Million

This sequence is intentional. You can't message what you haven't clearly defined. You can't acquire clients consistently for an offer that isn't priced to sustain growth. And you can't build an acquisition engine without knowing exactly who you're targeting and what you're saying to them. Fix the offer first. Sharpen the message second. Build the engine third. In that order, everything compounds.

Your Guide

A woman with curly blonde hair wearing large round black glasses smiles at the camera, dressed in a dark pinstripe blazer and black top.

Raise your hand if you escaped a cult.

(it’s me.)

I left a cult with no diploma, no résumé, and no plan B.

I’m Zoe. I escaped the high-control religious cult I was born, raised, and married off in, with three children in tow. I had no formal education, no degree, and no real corporate experience. I had to learn how to be really good at founding and growing my own businesses in order to be able to leave and learn how to thrive on the outside.

Over almost two decades, I've launched, scaled, and pivoted multiple businesses across service, product, and advisory, and learned, often the hard way, that thriving isn't about working harder inside a model that's quietly capped. It's about knowing what and how to pivot.

House of Zela is what I built, so other founders and owners don't have to figure it out alone. I bring the pattern recognition and Revenue Revolution Framework of someone who has rebuilt from zero, repeatedly, and pair it with the hard structural work of finding the key changes that actively unlock well-earned flow of increased and consistent revenue.
